So yea I went surfing at Kaiser's of course today. Good waves. I was turning into the wave for a longer ride AND I even walked the nose a little! Got to work on the walking back faster but I was stoked!
As for the title of the post, I was going to explain what "hang ten" actually means for those who didn't know :). Here's the Wiki version:
Hanging Ten is a surfing maneuver, considered one of the most impressive and iconic stunts one can perform with a surfboard. Hanging ten is when the surfer positions the surfboard in such a way that the back of it is covered by the wave and the waverider is free to scootch to the front of the board, hang all ten toes over the nose of the board, all while holding two "high fives" up in the air as a celebratory indication of this feat.
Pretty hard but maybe I'll try it at least before I leave. Or maybe I'll try this haha :)
